India Business Visa
India Business visas allow applicants to visit India for the purposes of business. The visa allows business activity across all states in India excluding Sikkim and Andoman. The processing times for an India business visa are no different then a India tourist visa, with the only exceptions being the requirements. A letter from the host company will be required on their headed paper. The letter needs to include the India visa applicants name. A letter from the employers company is required as well, stating the nature of the business.
Various types of business visas are available, ranging from 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. These can be single, double or multi entry India business visas. There are usually limits on how long you can stay in India.

For Non British passport holders, proof of UK residence is required by providing either a utility bill, council tax slip or bank statement that is between 24 - 30 months old.
Unfortunately due to Indian Embassy Policy, we cannot process the following cases:
Persons with Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi origin - even if holding a UK Passport
Persons holding a Chinese or Nigerian passport |

Note that for non uk nationals applying for a India business visa that have been in the UK for greater then a year, that they will need to provide either a utility bill or bank statement with their name, date and address on it. If they cannot provide this, then a non uk residents form will be required.
